Since joining BLUR in 2023 after earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design from Mississippi State University, Lily has become an integral part of the team. It was during her time at Mississippi State that she discovered her passion for hospitality design, combining a lifelong love of creativity with a natural appreciation for the way architectural elements, materials, furnishings, and finishes come together to create cohesive and memorable spaces.

Lily’s favorite part of the design process is material and finish selection. Never one to shy away from bold patterns and colors, she enjoys exploring possibilities and refining ideas until a winning design scheme emerges. Her experience spans a variety of hospitality environments, from the industrial warehouse-inspired design of the Gaylord Opryland Sports Bar to the traditional elegance of the Presidential Ballroom, and she approaches each project with the same level of thoughtfulness and intention. She brings tenacity to every project and meets challenges with a positive attitude. She also finds great satisfaction in working through construction documents, complementing her creative strengths with a strong technical foundation that helps bring projects from concept to completion.

Outside of the office, Lily can be found enjoying a stroll along the Beltline, exploring new restaurants with friends, or relaxing on the couch watching reality TV with her cat, Finn.
