Located adjacent to one of the nation’s largest convention destinations, the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place occupies a prominent site just south of downtown Chicago, offering expansive views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. As the convention center continued to grow in scale and prominence, the demand for elevated accommodations increased, prompting the renovation of the hotel’s premier suite offerings to better serve convention and business travelers.

The redesigned Grand Suites draw inspiration from the surrounding urban landscape, balancing sophistication and comfort through the use of rich hardwood flooring, refined wood veneers, and layered textures expressed through warm wall coverings and fabrics. Open and inviting, the suites are designed to support both relaxation and entertaining while maintaining a strong visual connection to Chicago’s iconic skyline.

The Presidential Suites offer a more tranquil retreat, providing guests with a sense of respite from the activity of the convention center and downtown environment. A restrained palette of whites and soft neutral tones creates a calm and understated atmosphere, allowing natural light and panoramic views to define the experience. Together, the renovated suites establish a contemporary expression of luxury that is both elegant and distinctly connected to their metropolitan setting.
