Each of the three residential buildings responds to a unique living typology — from the adaptive reuse of an existing six-story office structure, to two ground-up buildings accommodating senior rental apartments and for-sale condominiums. Together, they form a cohesive yet varied campus, unified by shared outdoor spaces, walkable circulation, and a material and architectural language that reflects both familiarity and innovation.

Ashford Green’s design draws inspiration from traditional residential elements — pitched rooflines, textured materials like brick and wood, operable windows, and articulated massing — reinterpreted through a contemporary framework. Clean lines, generous glazing, thoughtful transitions between indoor and outdoor space, and simplified forms work in harmony to create an environment that feels both modern and deeply rooted in place.
