OLD HICKORY AT GAYLORD PALMS

The transformative renovation of Old Hickory at Gaylord Palms provides guests with an upscale atmosphere to match the signature quality of its menu offerings. Working with the existing buildings, the previous aesthetic was transformed to that of a sophisticated over-water dining venue. Each building was opened up so guests could enjoy an al-fresco dining experience with abundant views through the atrium. The heart of the venue features a new exposition kitchen with wine, cheese, charcuterie and dry-aged steaks all on display. The design features tones of weathered wood and with touches of green and blue that are reflective of the natural elements found in the marshes of Florida.
