Situated on a quarter acre site adjacent to Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Arts and Entertainment District, this 32-story hotel tower contains 269 guestrooms, meeting and event space, F&B options, an outdoor pool and leisure spaces, and leasable office space. The project’s integration with the surrounding context, including the adjacent historic Trinity Cathedral, responds to the site and neighboring buildings while offering an exceptional hotel guest experience. Floor-to-ceiling glass and terraces provide sweeping views of Miami’s South Beach and downtown from various spaces and vistas on multiple levels throughout the tower.

Project and site constraints have been molded into unique design solutions such as the “Sky Lobby” located on the 11th floor, which will offer guests a dramatic and unforgettable check-in and lobby experience. The 2nd floor Ballroom is connected back to the city by glass walls and a dramatic, curving grand staircase from the ground floor below. The 9th floor Pool Deck and associated event space have been carefully crafted for guests to enjoy and take full advantage of Miami’s beautiful climate, whether it be through a visit to the pool or a private event. As the project design continues, inspiration from the regional context will continue to refine the guest experience and reinforce this hotel as a destination within Miami’s blossoming Arts District.
