Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology with multiple academic recognitions. Before joining BLUR Workshop, he gained experience at firms in New York City and worked with specialized contractors in North Georgia, grounding his approach in both design and technical understanding.

Matt brings a multidisciplinary mindset that spans architecture, graphic design, digital fabrication, material exploration, and master planning. His curiosity and commitment to continual learning drive him to explore new methods and perspectives, allowing him to approach each project with thoughtful intent and a broad design vocabulary.

At BLUR Workshop, Matt has contributed to a range of hospitality, entertainment, and mixed-use projects. His recent work includes the renovation of the Gaylord Rockies Grand Lodge and its F&B venues, a brewery and entertainment destination in Daytona Beach, the design of Virgin Hotels Miami, and a three-tower mixed-use development in downtown Philadelphia. Across these efforts, he brings creativity, technical rigor, and a strong understanding of how the built environment shapes human experience.

Matt’s passion for design, paired with his interdisciplinary approach and drive for continual growth, reflects the collaborative and forward-thinking culture of BLUR Workshop.
