JARED DAVIS

Jared is an indispensable member of the BLUR team. His involvement and ambition from the firm’s founding has led him to be an instrumental project manager, constantly searching out new design opportunities and strategies to improve project delivery methods. This desire to grow is infectious. It resonates throughout Jared’s project teams and evidences itself in every challenge he undertakes.

Since starting at BLUR, Jared quickly became a key contributor on several projects and winning competition entries. He has always displayed an uncanny level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure. Jared is a consummate professional and a reliable and steady leader.

Jared recently served as a project manager on a number of renovation and expansion projects at the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center & Resort in Aurora Colorado. These projects include a new 10,000 NSF event pavilion and event lawns as well as a full renovation of the hotel’s Grand Lodge space and five restaurants and bars. Currently, he is leading the BLUR team for a new golf clubhouse at Reynold’s Lake Oconee.

Prior to completing the projects at the Gaylord Rockies Jared served as a core team member of the award-winning Lake Oconee Gathering House project in Greensboro, Georgia. He helped to facilitate the internal design process, as well as coordination with the client, consultants and the contractor over the life of the project.
