This project under construction is a lifestyle four star hotel and convention center in Colorado which will serve both the as a convention hotel and as a destination style resort. Additionally, the project incorporates the planning for an adjacent companion select service hotel. Being situated along the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the design positions all of the main public programmatic elements such as the ballroom, elevated event lawn, elevated pool terrace and rooftop bar and restaurant with amazing views of this dramatic portion of the Front Range. The color pallete is minimal and clean, as a contrast to the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape.
