FIORENZO

Orlando, FL

BLUR Workshop collaborated with George Wong design to transform the Fiorenzo Steakhose at the Hyatt Regency Orlando from dinner only service to a fresh 3-meal restaurant. To achieve this transformation, many solid elements were removed to help free up space, also allowing the restaurant to be more prominent to the rest of the hotel. A relocated entrance and new glazing entice guests as they make their way to and from their guestrooms. Other new features include a bar, and flexible hot and cold counters that transform from breakfast to dinner. Buffet tables convert to communal dining or large group dining, allowing the hotel to maximize on the restaurant’s potential. This added flexibility also allows for different guest experiences throughout the day. Updates to the existing display kitchen, new FF&E, millwork and lighting also provide Fiorenzo with an elegant and contemporary look and feel.
