Cotton Bay resort is an exclusive, high-end development situated on a pristine island within the Caribbean Ocean with over 1400 feet of private beach.  At the heart of the community is a 5-star Hotel, which serves as the central hub for a series of townhomes, villas, and Condos which all share amenities. The hotel contains 16,200 sf of meeting and banquet space, as well as a several F&B outlets and a high-end spa.  The resort pool area includes a kid’s pool and play area, a lazy river, adult pool, cabanas, and several beach bars.  

While most amenities are privately focused inward to the residents, there is a retail village component situated along the street which provides a connection to the greater community through public shops and dining as well as local markets and vendors. 

 The masterplan is designed in such a way to allow for residents to park cars at the entry and use only golf-carts while within the resort, making the lush landscape and hardscape pedestrian friendly.  Service is buried or shielded in such a way that allows guests to achieve maximum privacy and seclusion while having access to all the benefits a world class resort can offer.
