Spanning the entire breadth of this beautiful tropical island, the resort is to be realized over multiple phases and made up a rich community of uses and a fun collection of activities.  The property stretches from one side of the island to the other. The resort will be anchored on one side with a 90 room luxury hotel and on the other coast with a casual, fun, but upscale fishing lodge. A trail system links the guests by bike, foot or cart to the two shores and to a large variety of activities and residential offerings to be found in between the two coasts.

There are numerous unique aspects of the resort vision. Amongst these is the reintroduction of farming to the island, harkening back to the century old heritage of the site.  A second is the commitment to green energy, which will be generated on site. A third special component is the linking of the resort to the residences of the island.  Guests and residences will share a new community hub which will include a straw market, a retail area and sports complex.  In addition to the shared amenities, the resort is laced with fun and adventurous activities, targeted for families, which are graciously dispersed throughout its 275 acres.
