Sophie Adler graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in business. As an undergraduate, she enjoyed expanding her education in art, design, business, sustainability, and social sciences. She had the opportunity to study abroad for a summer semester in Italy, where she explored the rich history of art and architecture while being immersed in the Tuscan hilltown of Cortona. Sophie earned the LEED Green Associate credential shortly before graduation and aims to utilize her knowledge of green building practices to enhance communities through sustainable and accessible design.

Sophie’s passion for interior design stems from her innate creativity and problem-solving abilities, as well as her desire to create meaningful experiences through the designed environment. She hopes to pursue a career in interior design that focuses on developing highly functional, beautiful spaces through creative, innovative, and collaborative design solutions.

An Atlanta native, Sophie returned to her hometown to join the BLUR Workshop team in summer of 2023. She looks forward to exploring Atlanta from a new perspective as a young professional and becoming a valued part of the BLUR team through her positive nature, passion for problem-solving, eye for detail, and graphic skills. Outside of BLUR, you can find Sophie creating art of all kinds, discovering new spots around Atlanta, listening to podcasts, or enjoying a warm cup of tea.
