Nicole joined the BLUR Workshop team in December 2017 after graduating with a bachelor of design from the University of Florida’s Interior Design Program. Nicole comes from a creative upbringing, always being involved in some form of art, whether it was painting, drawings, building or designing. She has an adventurous spirit that shows in her work. She is always searching for new design inspirations and innovative design solutions for her projects. Inspired by her travels, Nicole feels there is no better way to grow than through experiences. She is passionate about hospitality design, as she is able to use her creativity to better the lives of others through unique designs and enhanced guest experiences.

Recently Nicole has worked on renovations to the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and suites at the Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah, GA, a Luxury Collection Hotel. She also has been working to re-envision one of Gaylord Resort’s staple restaurants, Old Hickory. The renovation includes a fresh overhaul to the restaurant’s branding that works alongside the new sophisticated, historically inspired design. Additionally, her work on a new Marketplace concept for the Gaylord Palms Resort & Spa helped to combine both the services and offerings of their existing and tired coffee shop, frozen yogurt parlor, and grab-and-go market into one re-located space that was currently being under-utilized. With this new updated, completely customized and multi-use space, the client can utilize less employees & security, increase sales & revenue while offering fresh new products, and find a new use and source of revenue in the newly vacant storefronts.

Nicole truly enjoys collaborating with her clients and teammates to deliver the best possible design solution that exceed the expectations of both her clients and herself. She is an important member of BLUR Workshop and has proven to be the key towards advancing design excellence in each of her projects.
