Mackenzie began her professional design career by joining the BLUR Workshop team in summer of 2023. She has a deep appreciation of the integration of human-centered design and aims to create memories for her partners and clients by creating spaces that allow them to connect and explore. She finds inspiration in traveling the world, exploring new architecture, and her natural surroundings.

In addition to receiving her B.F.A in Interior Design at Savannah College of Art and Design, Mackenzie has a keen interest in the history and intricate nature of furniture design, leading her to minor in the craft. She was involved in IIDA and ASID during her academic career and was a nominee for the Metropolis Future 100 through her work with Unique Design X Group. There she helped to create a platform for designers of functional art and collectible design in Savannah, Georgia.
