The overhaul touches every corner of the property, from the 251 redesigned guest rooms—now featuring real hardwood floors, Marshall speakers, and Nespresso machines—to a reimagined Living Room Bar that remains the city's premier meeting spot. The real showstoppers, however, are the three brand-new culinary concepts: 2nd & Roast for your local Medici coffee fix, the exclusive Blue Room cocktail lounge, and our personal favorite, Serenade. We can confirm from recent experience that the food at Serenade is an absolute hit, signaling a vibrant shift in energy as traffic flows back to this iconic pocket of the 2nd Street District.
